Shipping information:

For over two years we have been offering Free Shipping for orders over $20. Beginning October 2008 we will continue offering Free Shipping, but for orders over $25. Orders under $25 will be charged $4.50 for shipping. Throughout this year especially we have been charged extra fees by many of our suppliers and because of this we felt we needed to change our Free Shipping policies.

We strive to ship orders out within a 48 hour period. If we do not have some items in stock we will back order them and ship them at a later date to our customers. Small orders received that we do not have the entire product in stock we will hold until the items come in. We place orders several times a week and normally receive items in by our suppliers within a week. Orders are shipped Media or Standard Rate. If you would like your orders shipped faster please contact us to find out the costs to ship your order Priority or UPS.

All prices are subject to change due to price increases by publishers.

Returns:

If you are not totally satisfied with a product* you may return it along with receipt and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund minus postage as long as the product is in resalable condition.

If the product is damaged or defective please return within the 30 days along with receipt and in original packaging for a full refund.
